Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0371-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, DR Horton. The project is limited to installing a 2-lane pre-cast Contech Con-Span O-series bridge that will be29 feet wide and 53 feet long with wing walls installed at a 45 degree angle and 3.5' by 5' footings. The top of the bridge's top of span headwall is an elevation of 237.4 feet, which is more than 7 feet above the 100 year flood elevation. There will be a minimum of 3 feet of clearance between the top of bank and the foundation in the southwest corner of the site while all other portions of the foundation will be up to 5 feet away from the top of bank. The bridge will be used to link the Cheyenne and Rogers Ranch developments. After the excavation of the site and the construction of the footings, all of the bridge parts will be set in place by use of a crane. The excavated bank will be backfilled and be planted with native rhizomatous grass vegetation that grows quickly and provides reinforced stability.
