The project is limited to: the creation of approximately 0.021 acres of on-stream seasonal wetlands, approximately 0.84 acres of riparian woodland, and approximately 0.62 acres of native grassland woodland buffer. Project activities are associated with a 170-acre subdivision project, which included construction of residential units, roadways, utility infrastructure, trails as well as designation of open space. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2014-0185-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Dean K. Mills, DR Horton.
