Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-001 0-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Teichert Aggregates, as represented by Barry Baba.
The project is limited to the construction of a new mining facility on 384-acres within the 580-acre site. The mining operation will result in the extraction, transportation and refinement of hard rock material.
