CDFG is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2007-0061-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, George and Geri Grant. This project consists of realignment of 80 linear feet of Owl Creek for new road construction; and installation of three 23.75 foot wide by 8.2 feet high by 40 feet long multi-plate arch culverts for the roadway crossing.
