Document Description
This is a specific plan amendment, rezoning, development, agreement, Sphere of Influence amendment, annexation and approval of a helistop construction plan, all for a 1,425,000-square-foot medical center, including a hospital, on 49 acres. Also included in the project is a Sphere of Influence amendment and annexation for an adjacent 39 acres, to be developed as the Cornerstone Business Park.
