The proposed project consists of the construction of a 130-space recreational vehicle park and supporting facilities on a 9.92-acre, vacant parcel of land in an agricultural setting in central Santa Clara County. The proposedproject is located along Monterey Road in the Coyote Valley area. About one-third of the project site fronting Monterey Road is within the incorporated limits of the City of San Jose. The rear 2/3 of the property site is on unincorporated land within the jurisdiction of Santa Clara County.
