Adoption of Waste Discharge Requirements for an in-situ treatment of soil and groundwater contaminated with hexavalent chromium. Volatile organic compounds also exist in the proposed treatment area. The project consists fo drilling a series of injection wells and pumping into them a solution of molasses and water.
