Document Description
The project will be the readoption of current sport fishing regulations in the State as modified by amendments. The regulations are promulgated biennially by the Fish and Game Commission and set forth in Division 1, Chapters 1 and 5, Title 14, California Code of Regulations. The next scheduled modification of these regulations by the Fish and Game Code Commission will occur during the period August through December 2003. The regulations which are now in force are presented in the Fish and Game Commission publication titled Freshwater Sport Fishing California Regulations are set forth in Section 206 of the Fish and Game Code.
