The DEIR analyzes the potential impacts of the Concord 2030 General Plan and Zoning Ordinance Update Project. The General Plan Update will serve as a guide for development over the next 25 years, i.e., the period through 2030. Concurrent with the General Plan Update, the Zoning Ordinance Update will include a comprehensive review of land use regulations, development standards and review processes.
