The project includes a request to remove the General Plan Open Space Element designation of "riparian corridor" from approximately 120 lineal feet of Dry Creek that parallels Foothill Boulevard along the eastern frontage of the site, so that portion of the creek can be undergrounded for construction of curbs, gutter and sidewalks.
