Document Description
Subdivision of a 10-acre site into 25 single-family residential building lots and a 10,500 square foot open area/ surface drainage retention facility. Final maps will be filed in phases. The project includes a request to remove the General Plan Open Space Element designation of "riparian corridor" from approximately 120 lineal feet of Dry Creek that parallels Foothill Boulevard along the eastern frontage of the site, so that portion of the creek can be undergrounded for construction of curbs, gutter and sidewalks.
