Document Description
The project applicant is requesting to amend the General Plan designation to delete the "Mixed Use Neighborhood" with a maximum of 24 residential units per acre and change from "Residential, 2 to 3.5 units per acre" to "Residential, 10 to 20 units per acre" and rezone the site from "RS-3/MUN" Residential Single Family District with a maximum of 3 residential units per acre and with a Mixed Used Neighborhood Overlay District with a maximum of 24 residential units per acre to "RM-12" Residential Mixed Housing Type District with a maximum of 12 residential units per acre with a Planned Development Overlay District for two parcels of land consisting of 122 acres. Additionally, the applicant is requesting approval of a planned development plan for 314 multiple-family units and 15,000 square feet of commercial (proposed uses include a restaurant, day care, office, health club and personal services) on 38.7 acres located at the northeast corner of Collyer and Twin Tower Drives.
