From August of 2006 to August 2007, Mendocino County prepared a 2007 Draft UVAP. The County will be preparing a Draft and Final Program EIR for the 2007 Draft UVAP proposed by the County of Mendocino. The area (the "plan area") encompassed by the project includes approximately 60 square miles of land (about 38,000 acres) encompassing the Ukiah Valley in southeastern Mendocino County.
