The City is proposing 276,000 square feet of infill development on an 18.5-acre site within the City's Urban Growth Boundaries. Development includes 70,000 square feet of City Council/Chamber office uses, 50,000 square feet of library uses, 20,000 square feet of museum uses, 96,000 square feet of art center and gallery uses, 40,000 square feet of retail uses, a 3,000 seat aquatic center, and associated parking uses.
