Document Description
The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) is proposing to approve a Remedial Action Plan (RAP) in accordance with a voluntary Cleanup Agreement Docket No. HAS-A 00/01-220. The RAP involves the remediation of soil and groundwater impacted with solvents, primarily trichloroethene (TCE) and tetrachloroethene (PCE), gasoline, diesel fuel, coolants and lubricants, hydraulic oil, tri-cresylphosphate, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB's) (Aroclor TM-1248), dyes, and acids. Additionally, metals and metal compounds have been historically used with die-casting, foundry, machining, battery manufacturing, and plating activities.
