Landfill Closure Plan and Closure Construction of the Landfill. General Plan Amendment from Agriculture to Solid Waste for up to 124 acres. Lot line adjustment to create one parcel. Circulation amendment for Sycamore Road, Habecker Road, and El Camino Drive. Vacation of Sycamore Road for a 1/2 mile distance. Amend CUP #7; Map No. 144 to include up to 373 acres site within the Facility Boundary without expanding the waste footprint. Rescind CUP#144 (Borrow Pit). Amend SWFP #15-AA-0050. Siting Element amendment to designate the landfill as inactive. Use Venvirotek site soil stockpiles located within the proposed landfill facility boundary for potential landfill cover material).
