Document Description
The Operator intends to alter the streambed by laying back the eastern bank to a 3:1 slope, restore the wetlands, increase riparian area, and to stabilize and reduce erosion for a distance of 700 linear feet of Phelps Creek. A 32" culvert with a headwall and wingwalls are included in the design. Native vegetation will be planted on all exposed on impacted surfaces.
