The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2013-0108-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Richland Properties, LLC. The Renaissance Ranch Residential Development Project is limited to the construction of Tracts 31210 and 31485, consisting of approximately 355 residential lots and associated infrastructure within the approximately 158-acre project site.
