Change of Zone No. 6809 is a proposal to change the zoning classifications of the subject property from R-R (Rural Residential) to SP (Specific Plan). General Plan Amendment No. 668 is a proposal to modify the Elsinore Area Plan to be in conformance with the proposed Specific Plan. Specific Plan No. 333 is a proposal to create a master plan community of 156.9 acres to include 377 dwelling units with an overall density of 2.4 dwelling units, approximately 7.2 acres of park space which includes one community park and three pocket parks and 43.6 acres of open space.
