The street and associated improvements would be constructed during the first phase with subsequent building of houses in 15 to 20 phases; and Landmark Designation DRC2003-00102, designating the Bartholow Home as an Historic Landmark located at 12951 Base Line Road; and Landmark Alteration Permit DRC2003-00103, relocating the Bartholow Home to a lot on Edwards Avenue, south of its current location, in conjunction with the development of Tentative Tract SUBTT16454, and make minor exterior alterations; and Conditional Use Permit DRC2003-00478, to allow construction of 117 single-family detached homes within the Edwards Overlay Zone.
