DFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2013-0070-R5) to the project applpicant Dr. Timothy Robinson, COMB, to replace the exixting at grade Arizona type crossing with a prefabricated concrete structural 60-foot bottomless arched culvert and one rock riffle, similar to the riffle in crossing 2, for grade control.
