Document Description
Alexandra Tech Center proposes to rezone a portion of a 11.2 acre vacant site from RS-1-1 to IL-3-1 and construct two, multi-story office/research and development buildings each over a single level of basement parking, a detached parking structure, and central plant building and associated refuse and storage enclosures. The site is located on the east side of Vista Sorrento Parkway, south of Lusk Boulevard in the IL-3-1 and RS-1-1 zones (a portion of the southwesterly 700 feet of Lot 8, of Sorrento Lands and Townsite, Map No. 483) of the Mira Mesa Community Plan. Applicant: Jeff Ryan.
