Conditional Use Permit and Site Development Permit to construct, operate and maintain an unmanned, wireless communication facility. The proposed microcell facility consists of a new 30-foot wooden pole, a subterranean vault containing the telecommunications equipment, and an above grade power back-up metering distribution (PBMD) cabinet. The project support equipment would be located within a subterranean vault and the only elements would be a flush-mounted lid and two vent pipes.
