Document Description
The Outdoor Adventure Center is a proposed master planned recreation oriented commercial development that would provide various goods and services, outdoor recreation retail stores, a fitness center, a hotel, a skating center, and an artificial lake. The existing City-owned Pico Sports Park (ball fields) would remain and become integrated into the proposed project.
