Amendments to the Downtown and Alpine Redevelopment Plans to change the land uses contained in the both the Downtown Redevelopment Plan; streamline the development standards contained in both the Downtown and Alpine Redevelopment Plans; reinstate the right to use eminent domain in both the Downtown and Alpine Redevelopment Plans Project Areas and extend eminent domain to the 12 year limit in the Third Amendment Added Area to the Downtown Redevelopment Plan Project Area; merge the Third Amendment Added Area to the Downtown Redevelopment Plan with the Merged Downtown and Alpine Redevelopment Plans Project Areas; and to expand the list of specitfic publicly-owned improvements identified in the Downtown Redevelopment Plan, which the Agency may pay for, develop or construct.
