Changes in land use designations are proposed to the Downtown Redevelopment Plan, City of Tulare General Plan and City of Tulare Zoning Ordinance to establish the policy framework and guidelines for the long-term redevelopment of the former Santa Fe Railroad corridor, which includes "O" Street to "J" Street and extends north from San Joaquin Avenue to Cross Avenue, including the area south of Cross Avenue to Pine Avenue, from "O" Street to Gem Street.
