The proposed Parking and Transportation Improvements Program, Step 6 project will construct a seven-level Parking Structure 4 for approximately 1,980 vehicle spaces in 580,000 gross square feet (gsf). In addition, the project will construct a four-story academic Campus Surge Building of approximately 65,000 gsf adjacent to the south of the parking structure.
