Document Description
The intent of this project is to improve El Monte Way and westgate Way in the Surabian Industrial Park. The streets currently exist as a two-lane and variable arterial street and an unpaved emergency access route, respectively. Improvements will include water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater systems, paving of the street, and installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, and street lighting.
