Document Description
The project applicant, Coast Community College District, proposes to develop a 35,598 square foot Learning Center on a 0.8 acre vacant lot, on the corner of All American Way and 15th Street in the City of Westminster. This facility would operate as an extension of Coastline Community College with between 80-120 students during the day and between 200-240 students at night.
