Deletion of Condition 2 (a) which required that the applicant conduct a preconstruction biological survey and submit written verification from the State California Department of Fish and Game and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service that the preconstruction survey has been reviewed by those agencies, for this conditional use permit, which was approved on August 14, 1997 (Resolution 66-97), to allow the construction of a public golf course in an A-1 MH (Limited Agriculture Mobilehome Combining) District.
