Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2004-0423-R5 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, William Levy. The applicant proposes to construct a mixed use development, included two storm drain pipe outlets within an existing wingwall, and the removal of a lightpost, asphalt parking lot, concrete wall, chain link fence, and non-native vines and myoporum. Native plants will be planted. The project is located in Santa Barbara.
