Document Description
The project site consists of three contiguous parcels located on the corner of Gutierrez and Chapala Streets at 401 and 415 Chapala Street, and at 120 West Gutierrez Street. The two parcels which front Chapala Street are currently developed with an auto repair shop, auto dealership, and the Building Trade Center structure constituting 14,518 square feet of existing development, all of which is proposed to be demolished.
