The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2004-0130-R6 pursuant to Section 1600 et seq. of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Laing-CP Elsinore, LLC for the construction of a residential development and public golf course on a 706-acre site. The project proposes development of 1,955 units and approximately 329 acres of open space and 40 acres of roads.
