Document Description
East Lake Specific Plan Amendment No. 6 revises the East Lake Specific Plan to allow for detached single family residential units, general commercial uses, a golf course, a new elementary school, parks, and open space. General Plan Amendment No. 2003-04 amends the Circulation Element to the General Plan to widen those streets within the project area and to realign Diamond Drive to eliminate an offset segment. Tentative Tract Map No. 31920 subdivides the project area into 1,505 total lots, including 1,481 single-family residential lots, 23 lettered lots for landscaping, and one lot for a well. The Amended Development Agreement amends the 1993 Development Agreement between the City and East Lake Community Builders to be consistent with the Laing Homes proposal.
