Document Description
The proposed project is a request to subdivide one lot into two lots for single-family residences. Approximately 23,897 c.y. of grading will be required and there will be minor directional on-site change of surface flow patterns, but out flow will remain the same. There will also be one proposed septic disposal area and although there is water service for the existing house on lot 1 water will be provided to lot 2 by a water well. Application also includes a CUP request for Hillside Management.
