Document Description
The City of Rialto (City), in cooperation with the San Bernardino Associated Governments (SANBAG), is preparing to construct street improvements to provide an adequate detour for the segment of Highland Avenue between Riverside Avenue and Ayala Drive that will be closed during construction of Segment 9 of SR-210, as well as to provide improvements consistent with the City's General Plan Circulation Element.
