Document Description
This project proposes to grade for a split-level single-family residence on a parcel previously subjected to an Environmental Review as part of TPM 15911, Log No. 79-09-93, as a Negative Declaration dated June 7, 1979, and will be 3,500 square feet, and the footprint for the barn will be 1700 square feet. The residence footprint will include a pool, and the barn will include a parking area. Grading proposed will consist of 6300 cubic yards of cut, balanced by 6300 cubic feet of fill. The maximum cut slope ration will be 1 1/2 to 1 at a maximum height of 10 feet; the maximum fill slope ration will be 2 to 1 with a maximum height of 16 feet. A 10-foot retaining wall is proposed. Blasting is expected for the building pad only.
