Document Description
California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to section 1603 (SAA #5-206-00) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Brian Thienes of Thienes Engineering. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed to develop five single family residences. The 3.1-acre project site is located at the southeastern intersection of Euclid Road and Laguna Road in the City of Fullerton, Orange County. The parcel is bisected by a stream that will be filled and replaced with a closed conduit storm drain to connect existing storm drain improvements upstream and downstream of the site. According to the Riparian Vegetation Survey completed for the project, approximately 0.43 acres of vegetation including willows, mulefat, and a canyon live oak exists within the streambed onsite.
