The applicant proposes to divert water at 10 sites within the Navarro River waterhsed for dust abatment for timber operations. The project sites are in the Navarro West Tract which includes the main stem Navarro River from Hendy Woods downstream to the Pacific Ocean and the North Fork Navarro River from the Highway 128 Bridge at MP 12.72 dowstrea to the confluence with the main stem at Dimmick State Park in Mendocino County (T14N, T15N, R15W, R16W, Sections 4, 5, 8, 11, 14, 16, 18, 25, 31, and 36). the Calilfornia Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement 1600-2003-0219-3 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. David Frykman, Mendocino Redwood Company, LLC.
