The Peninsula Watershed Management Plan would provide for a public recreational trail along the Fifield/Cahill Service Road between Skyline Quarry and the Portola Gate. The proposed trail (Alternative E) would allow supervised access for hikers, bicyclists, and equestrians accompanied by trail leaders on scheduled days and times.
