Document Description
The City of Santa Rosa proposes to construct two arched culvert crossings of Paulin Creek as part of a sewer replacement project in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County, just upstream of Chanate Road. The crossings are needed to provide access to the sewer manholes along the stretch of sewer main to be replaced. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0050 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Mike Prinz / City of Santa Rosa.
