The project will span a bridge over Marsh Creek, and install arch culverts and outfall structures in creek tributaries as part of a 96-acre, 40 residential lot development at the end of Whispering Pines Road, and off Leon Drive in the Morgan Territory area of Clayton, Contra Costa County. At Marsh Creek, a 78-foot long by 36-foot wide rail car bridge wil be installed over the creek. Approximately 390-feet downstream from the Leon Drive property line a 70-foot long, 6-foot wide by 4-foot high arch culvert will be installed over the creek in order to construct a private driveway.
