Document Description
Install a new culvert, catch basin, and small retaining wall to replace an undersized existing culvert on Manzanita Point Road in Henry W. Coe State Park. Backfill old culvert and part of the old sump hole to prevent erosion from runoff, expand turning radius, and provide adequate vehicle support. Project will protect public safety and natural resources and support continued use and maintenance.
