Document Description
The project consists of the rehabilitation of an existing paved parking lot, converting angled parking to perpendicular where possible, increasing the number of parking spaces from 107 to 122, providing lighting per City standards, and providing fully accessible and legally marked handicapped parking stalls per the requirements of the American Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Uniform building Code. The parking lot will be reconfigured for more efficient use of space; the amount of pavement will be slightly reduced form the current configuration.
