Document Description
The project proposes to replace failing log abutments with an engineered welded wire mat abutment to support an existing flatcar bridge. The bridge will be removed by crane and reinstalled after placement of the new abutment. No work within the flowing stream will be required. There will be no change in purpose or capacity of the existing structure as a result of this project. The project will have no significant effect on the environment.
