Document Description
SAA# R5-2003-0054 Alter the streambed by removing the existing substandard outlet tower and abandoning approximately 700 feet of 24-inch outlet drain. The existing outlet tower has an inadequate foundation and an undersized outlet pipe. The invert of the outlet pipe is severely deteriorated and blocks up during the rainy season. The tower will be replaced with a new outlet tower. A new 42-inch outlet drain will be constructed adjacent to the spillway. Or towards the entrance road. The outlet will be connected to the existing drain downstream of the debris basin.
