Document Description
Repair and/or replace lattice, lattice trim, building trim, window casing, sections of porch and stair decking, and framework on the El Delirio cottage on the Vallejo Estate, Sonoma State Historic Park. Materials, which are in poor condition due to dry rot, are to be removed and replaced in kind. The purpose of the project is to stabilize and repair the building while preserving its historic attributes.
