Document Description
New Regulations include establishing criteria for determining hazardous waste recycling feasibility. The regulations add specific wastes to the "list of recyclable materials" that must be recycled to avoid a five fold increase in disposal fees. The regulations establish criteria for adding wastes to the list as their recycling technology becomes prominent and economically feasible. The regulations also delete materials that are no longer appropriate to remain on the list due to changes in regulations statute.
