Document Description
1. Removal of living and dead vegetation, sediment, and debris, from inside and upon the structures, and immediately upon or adjacent to inflow/discharge aprons, basins, wing walls, and dissipaters of existing bridges, culverts, diversions, and flow control structures. 2. Removal of living and dead vegetation, sediment, and debris from the channel bottom and the bottom half of the banks of miscellaneous streams which are an obstruction to flow, from an area 40 feet (upstream and downstream) of bridges, pipeline, and road crossings, culverts, diversions, or flow control structures. The subject materials must be in clear danger of falling into the channel, or material, which noticeably reduces channel capacity, and would result in accelerated erosion and/or cause damage to human-made structures or features. 3. Removal of living and dead vegetation, sediment, and debris from the beds and banks of groundwater recharge ponds. 4. Repair of existing structures, other flow and erosion control features, groundwater recharge berms and ponds and pipeline and road crossings in their original location and configuration. 5. Maintenance of existing access routes to their original location and configuration.
