Document Description
Improve existing service yard and install two 65' x 18' trailer pads in the residence and service yard at China Camp State Park. Remove existing chainlink fencing; install 6'-8' redwood fencing with locking gates to secure service and residence area for employee safety and protection of equipment. Pave existing compacted base rock parking and service yard to reduce dust. Construct two single-wide trailer pads, driveways, and small yards; one on the existing paved area and one in a former firewood storage area. Pad and driveway for second pad will be of compacted gravel. Connect pads to existing utility services. Convert existing trailer office to one bedroom residence (interior renovation only; all utility connections already in place). Realignment of existing trailheads to accommodate new trailer pads and security fencing.
