The project site consists of a 185,000 square feet building, of six stories, housing student common areas, facility/staff offices, the law library and other support facilities. This project includes demolition and new work to bring this facility into code compliance for the mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety and plumbing systems. Upgrades for the structural system will meet seismic compliance, upgrades for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance and demolition work includes hazmat abatement.
